After working a few years, as a partner, with a large custom home builder in DFW, Murtuza saw an opportunity to start his own construction company. Not only is Murtuza’s project portfolio extensive, but he also takes pride on building a company that doesn’t rely on marketing, as the best CEO’s know that the best marketing, are happy customers. Serene is still growing mainly due to referrals and repeat customers & investors. He has cultivated over twenty years of Corporate leadership experience, and is also one of the most motivated, organized, and results-driven managers, we have ever had at Serene. Murtuza is a graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Computer Engineering Management and Business Administration, and of the Dale Carnegie Leadership program. He resides in Richardson, TX with his wife and three children.
